Many people mistakenly believe that armopoyas under Mauerlat is an extra element of the structure, and accordingly it does not make any sense to erect it.

First of all, the Mauerlat is needed in order that all incoming from the attic or ordinary roof load is evenly distributed along the perimeter of the walls.
In addition, to this important element of the house, the roof is fixed through the rafter system directly to the building itself.

The first is a vertical load, which consists of the weight of the roof itself and all kinds of external loads such as snow, wind and so on.
The second type can be referred to as the so-called spacer load. It arises under the action of rafters, which, due to the fact that they are supported by walls, tend to push them apart.
It should be noted that with increasing load on the roof itself, this type of load is actively beginning to increase.
Due to the fact that modern building materials such as, for example, aerated concrete, have an extremely low stiffness, it is quite problematic to mount a mauerlat to them.
Without additional protection, the roofing on aerated concrete will be affected quite destructively. Avoid these consequences and helps Armopoyas, which you can build with your own hands.
Specialists note that the armopause is needed not only for aerated concrete blocks, but for all other materials that are used to build the walls. This important element helps to prolong the life of the building and increases its strength.

The preliminary stage of the work
The first thing to do is to correctly calculate the dimensions of the armopoyas under the Mauerlat.
Experts recommend making its width as wide as possible, but not less than twenty five centimeters. The optimum height of the armopoyas under the Mauerlatt is thirty centimeters.
In the case when the walls of the whole house are erected from aerated concrete blocks, the last row is necessarily laid out with a special stone, which in itself is already a completed formwork.
In this case, it remains only to assemble the reinforcing belt and pour the cement slurry. In all other cases it will be necessary to construct the formwork and fix it on the walls with your own hands.
It should be remembered that the armopause must pass along the entire perimeter of the walls, like the Mauerlat, which will be arranged from above.
Before starting work, you must prepare all the necessary tools.
To mix cement mortar, a concrete mixer is required. Also, you need a special vibrator, with which you can disperse the solution inside the formwork, and thus avoid the formation of voids in the armopoyas.
In addition, you need to get boards for formwork, the necessary amount of reinforcement, fasteners.
It is also recommended to calculate the required number of components that will be used to prepare the solution, and carefully consider each stage of the work that will need to be realized with your own hands.
Progress of the
After all the work on the walls has been completed, and before the Mauerlat is laid, it is necessary to fill the armopause.
In the event that the upper row was laid out with a special stone, designed for formwork, you can immediately begin to lay the reinforcement. Otherwise, at the first stage of the work, start collecting it yourself.
For external formwork, you can use a sawn stone in two pieces. In turn, the inner formwork is made of boards.
For this, the prepared boards are assembled into shields, after which they are carefully fastened to the walls with the help of fasteners and binding wire.

When assembling the formwork under the Mauerlat armo belts, it is absolutely necessary to set the upper plane horizontally and periodically monitor the water level.
Then proceed to the arrangement of the reinforcing belt.
The structure of the frame from the reinforcement assumes fastening in a certain order of reinforcement pins, fastened together by means of a knitting wire. In this case, it is not advisable to use welding.
The longitudinal part of such a frame must consist of a minimum of four pins, the diameter of which must be at least eight millimeters. Transverse reinforcement pieces are stacked in steps of twenty-five centimeters.
All parts of the frame must be firmly fastened together only by a binding wire.
It must not touch the inner parts of the formwork.
After the entire perimeter of the upper part of the wall is laid reinforcing frame, you should check the fastening of the formwork, as well as the evenness of it and the frame itself. This will require a normal building level.
Next, it will be necessary to attach special threaded studs to the armature, which will then be attached to the base of the wall by the Mauerlat.
The final stage of the construction of the armo-pile for mauerlat, is the pouring of cement mortar with your own hands. It should be noted that this stage of work must be done at once.
Due to this armopoyas will be monolithic and, accordingly, more durable and rigid.
For armopoyasa should use concrete grade not lower than M 200. During the pouring of the solution, you should periodically use a construction vibrator, which will make it possible to avoid the formation of voids in the armopoyas.
If such a device is not available, then use a piece of reinforcement, which constantly pierce the solution and thereby, as it were, let out the air formed inside it.
The recommended time for hardening the mortar, after which it will be possible to dismantle the formwork, is about 4 days in good weather.
