When everything is cold, we begin to lay the walls, they can be made of bricks or other building blocks, for example - expanded clay. Silicate - not the best option, because because of their high density, they have a high thermal conductivity, which means that the premises will be cold. You can make a skeleton garage with an attic, with your own hands, perhaps this option will even be easier, but the brick is still more reliable.
The depth of the foundation must be below the freezing level, taking into account the sand cushion.
