  • Undoubtedly, once the frame structure is not used, the wall should be prepared - repaired and leveled with plaster mortar.
  • Two layers of Vibrostek-M tape are glued on the surface of adjacent walls and on the ceiling with the Vibrosil sealant. On the floor similarly is the tape "Silomer SR11".The arrangement of these tape gaskets must be such as to prevent contact with the capital surfaces of either the plate itself over its entire thickness or plasterboard lining.
  • The panel is installed to the wall, if necessary( in areas adjacent to walls and floor), the mounting ridge is cut off.
  • Through the vibrating nodes in the wall holes are drilled for dowels. The depth of the holes in the wall material is not less than 60 mm. Then the dowels themselves are inserted with barely screwed screws. On each screw there should be a cone washer. With a hammer, carefully screw the screw into the dowel, until it stops, and then screw it up so that the head is immersed in the material of the vibrating assembly by 1 - 2 mm.

If a whole panel is installed, then six fixtures located around the perimeter are sufficient. In the event of any trimming of the panel, all the remaining attachment points are used.

The panels are installed with a combination of locking slats. The rows are mounted( in a run), with a displacement of the lateral joints not less than 250 mm. The lengths of panels less than 250 mm long are not used.

After installing the panels, they are additionally fixed to each other by plasterboard self-tapping screws through the combs of the connecting locks in 150 mm steps.

  • After the installation and fixing of the panels, the joints between them are filled with Vibrosil sealant.
  • Then you can proceed to the lining of the GKLA system. Self-tapping screws 3.9 × 41 mm are used, with a vertical pitch of 200 mm, horizontally - 400 mm. Care must be taken to ensure that self-tapping screws do not fall on the attachment points and on the screws of self-tapping screws that fasten the panels together.

The panels "Soundlane-dB" are a three-layer construction. In fact, these are two sheets of weighted moisture-resistant gypsum-fiber material( GVL-VU), each 8 mm thick, joined together by an elastic layer of special elastic sealant. This arrangement of materials gives a high soundproof effect.

The Soundlane-dB panels are mounted on a frame structure using self-tapping screws. The wall of this partition( wall) is faced with sheets of acoustic gypsum board( GKLA), with obligatory overlapping of joints of panels "Soundlane-dB".The resulting surface is ready for further finishing.

Very interesting from the point of view of noise control is the products of the company "Heradesign".The company's panels combine high acoustic characteristics with the simultaneous possibility of very original interior decoration.

Panel structure - wood fibers of coniferous species, processed with paraffin in the process of preparation in molding. This provides the panels with the necessary plasticity and high hydrophobicity - very low hygroscopicity. Panels are attached to the surface using conventional galvanized nails with a wideoh hats or staples using a construction stapler. Between the ends of adjacent plates after joining the groove and the ridge a gap of 2 ÷ 3 mm is left.

Later, after installing the panels, the surface can be covered with a reinforced plaster layer, but it is better to use the technology of "ventilated facade" with siding or "block house".In this case, no additional windproof diffuse membranes are no longer required.

So, in the publication were considered several types of soundproof panels of different principle of operation, allowing to provide comfortable conditions in living quarters. This is by no means a complete list of possible solutions - simply the most typical examples were chosen.
