Quality of PVC pipes
In the production of PVC pipes, a material is used which has a number of positive properties, namely:
- resistance to fracture under the influence of aggressive media such as acids and alkalis;
- longevity during operation, water pipe from PVC pipes will not require replacement for the next 50 years;
- low cost for pipes and components for them to connect to the pipeline;

The technology of fixing the PVC pipe to the wall.
Before starting the process of fixing the pipe to the wall, it is necessary to connect all sections of the water pipe with a socket, flange connection, or with the use of special couplings. Next, proceed directly to the fastening of pipes to the wall:
- marker mark the layout of the pipeline;
- electric drill drill holes for screws with dowels;
- into the holes of clips for fastening insert the dowel, and screw it with a screwdriver, and after the hammer;
- in the attached clips we mount PVC pipes.
It is possible to mount the pipeline installation with polyvinylchloride pipes at a temperature not lower than + 5 ° C.
The correct attachment of pipes to the wall is necessary not only to fix the water pipe along the wall, but also to ensure the integrity of the entire sewage system. Collapsible plastic clips or clamps can be fixed on the wall before the installation of the entire pipeline. This fastening system simplifies not only the installation, but also the repair of PVC pipes, since the broken section can simply be removed for repair or replacement without resorting to dismantling the entire water supply system.
Parts for fixing pipes to the wall.
PVC pipes are attached to the wall in two ways - inside the wall and outside. For mounting the pipe, it is necessary to stock up with the following tools and parts:
- electric drill;
- hammer, screwdriver set;
- hacksaw for cutting pipes;
- level and roulette;
- plastic clips or clamps for fixing pipes to the wall;
- set of screws with dowels.
In order to understand the fasteners. Plastic clips are made of high-strength nylon that withstands temperature fluctuations and are manufactured by industry both for fixing one pipe, and double ones for mounting a pair of pipes. When purchasing these fixing tools, account should be taken of the pipe diameter and the step size between the installed clips. It is the main indicator of the reliability of fixing the entire system, if it is very large, it is possible the deflection of the pipe at this point. The step size, depending on the diameter and temperature, is shown in the table: 
Fastening of polymer pipes to the wall with clamps is used for mounting a large diameter pipe. Manufacture of clamps in the form of screw ties with a rubber gasket in the middle. This seal protects the pipeline against mechanical vibrations and reliably mounts to the wall. In the construction of the clamps there is a stud with the dowel, which can be adjusted fastening: 
- tightening the clamp as much as possible around the pipe, we obtain a rigid fastening, which excludes the possibility of displacement;
- mobile fastening is provided by the presence of a gap between the yoke and the pipe. This method is necessary for possible expansion of the material with increasing temperature.
