The basic rules of registration of the application for connection to electric systems.
The application for connection to the electricity grid to the future consumer of electricity must be issued in two copies, one of which is sent to the address of your networked organization using a registered letter listing all the documents enclosed therein. If there is a possibility, then the statement with the package of documentation must be personally attributed to the office of the company for electricity. 
If the power for electricity consumption is not more than 15 kW, you must specify the following information:
- passport data: surname, name and patronymic, as well as the serial number and passport number when and by whom it was issued. Or the data of another document that certifies the identity of the applicant;
- place of residence;
- the name and location of the receivers of electrical energy, which must be connected to the mains;
- stages of commissioning of electricity receivers, as well as the timing in which these inclusions will be implemented;
- calculation is the greatest power for electricity consumption.
The application for connection to the electric grid, with a power consumption of up to 100 kW, shall include the following:
- requisites of the legal entity;
- the name and location of the receivers of electricity that will be connected;
- indication of the boundaries of the territory where power receivers will be located;
- stages of commissioning of electricity receivers, as well as the timing in which these inclusions will be implemented;
- category of electrical safety and power distribution for each consumer of electrical energy;
- the largest planned capacity;
- type of planned activity for determining the nature of the load of power supply;
- the order of payment for the services provided.
The following documents must be attached to the application for technological connection:
- plan - scheme for the location of the receivers of electrical energy;
- electric single-line diagram of the consumer at a voltage of more than 35 kV, indicating possible operational switching to own sources;
- list of means for blocking in case of possible errors in the operations of switching on and off;
- a copy of the ownership or other legal registration in this territory.
Application for connection of communications
In order to connect the phone and the Internet, it is necessary first of all to check the technical possibility of the installation. For this, it is necessary to apply to the organization that provides services of this kind to the population. After completing this procedure, there are two possible solutions to this issue: 
- is the first - if there is no technical capability to connect a phone or Internet network, then the connection request is queued until this possibility is available;
- second - if the connection can be technically performed, the customer must fill out a special form for connecting the phone and the Internet. In this application, the passport data of the applicant, the address where the installation is to be carried out, and the documents confirming the ownership are indicated.
Following is the procedure for signing an agreement for the provision of telephone network and Internet services. The employees of this company make the installation of the telephone network in time, which is:
- no more than 3 working days - for the owners of apartments in urban areas;
- no more than 5 working days for private sector residents;
- no more than 7 days - for the suburban and rural population.
If the connections are planned for more than 50 units, then these terms can be increased. The telephone number is entered in the help desk database.
