How to register a housing association
In 2013, approved a package of registration documents for the creation of condominiums. It is required to issue and prepare some documents for the organization of HOAs and for registration of a non-profit organization:
- Application( form PH0001), which must necessarily be written by an authorized person, that is, the applicant, where his surname, name, patronymic, place of residence will be indicated, andcontacts for communication. It is prepared in two copies and requires a notarized signature of the applicant.
- Several applications are also attached to the application also with notarized signatures:
- certificate of the founders and members of the management;
- information about the person to whom the power of attorney will act, and on behalf of which the non-profit organization will announce its actions;
- list of activities of your organization that are not aimed at commercial profit;
- list of documents received and receipt.
Important fact: receipts are not filed with the application, they are filled in by the applicant before submitting documents.
- Protocols on the creation of a non-profit organization and the approval of its constituent documents, in which the composition of the assembled members will be noted. The statute is in duplicate.
- Constituent papers on the creation of a non-profit organization are also in duplicate. The Association of Owners of Housing Defined the Charter Document, which noted the need for these securities program.
- Document, which shows the payment of duty for the state.registration of the organization and its copy.
- A document indicating the address and location of the body of this organization, through which it will be possible to establish links with this organization.
If, the address is not a residential house then it is necessary:
- The applicant's warranty and documents for the permit location in this room, the owner must provide a copy of the title deeds.
- In the event that the premises are rented or subleased, all documents that can provide legal rights to the location of the applicant at the given address, including the documents of the owner of the premises, must be provided.

In addition to the above, more documents are needed for the organization of HOAs. A statement in which the addressee indicates his consent to use his address as the address of the organization's location, while in his possession. It also requires the consent of its family members and all residents at this address. Signatures are notarized by JEC or a notary.
The package for attaching the address of your home consists of: an extract of the house book, a statement of the financial personal account, a copy of the title deed.
- Scheme of counting votes.
- Consent of the owners' rights to the contract of sale, if not, then just a certificate of ownership.
- Documents on the copyright for the use of personal symbols. The document confirms the consent and authority to use this symbolism from the rightholders. It is protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
