Order of technological connection to mains.
In order to legally connect to the existing power networks, it is necessary to pass the following steps:
- to apply for technological connection of power receiving facilities with indication of mutual points, maximum capacity, and the expected type of production;
- conclude a bilateral agreement;
- from the body of executive power to obtain permission to admit equipment to work;
- implementation of connection to the networks of engineering support;
- drawing up of the act of accession.
The complex of organizational and technical works on the connection of electrical devices, which are carried out by the employees of the electric power industry after the filing of the application, is called the actual connection. The voltage is not applied to the objects. These actions are mandatory after receipt of the application from any natural or legal person, subject to the rules of technological connection to electric grids.
The contract is an indisputable document, and only if it is available can be filed in court with a complaint about non-compliance of technological connection to the networks.
Cost of connection.
According to item 17 of the "Rules of technological connection of power receivers to electrical networks"( Post No. 861 dated 27.12.2004 of the Government of Russia), the payment for technological connection is made up of the sum of all the works performed. For receiving equipment of the third category with a power of not more than 15 kW( inclusive) and requiring one entry point - no more than 550 rubles. Provided: 
- that the distance to the boundary of the site is up to 300 meters in urban conditions;
- in rural areas this length is increased to 500 meters.
When connecting more power facilities with the addition of several points, this amount increases, but at the legislative level, installments for three years are provided. The size of the cost for technological connection is adjusted by the State executive authority in the field of tariff regulation.
Transfer of rights of technological connection in favor of other persons.
In order to reallocate capacities that belong to a particular legal or natural person in favor of other consumers, it is necessary to submit to the network organization an application that has the following items: 
- is named contact information of the user by technological connection;
- address where the energy-receiving equipment is located;
- the amount of planned capacity for transfer to the benefit of another person.
The following documents must be attached to the application:
- a copy of the technological connection certificate;
- consent to the publication of the information specified in the application.
Technical conditions that are not fulfilled within the established time limit.
If due to a number of life situations, the technical conditions can not be met within the established time limits, and the network organization can not perform the connection because of this, then the applicant can extend the validity of the technical conditions. In this case, you do not need to pay an additional cost. Upon termination of the TU, the organization that issued them has the right to formalize new conditions for technical connection. At the same time, the agreement does not lose its legal force. The act of technological connection, after its successful holding, is stored in the network organization for 30 years.
