Mounting the device on the

site. Installing the septic tank Topas should be located at a distance of more than 5 m from the foundation structures. Next, proceed to excavation work - the foundation pit is built in accordance with the model of the device. For example, for Topas 5 with a size of 1.0x1.2x1.4 m, it is necessary to prepare a foundation pit, the dimensions of which are 1.8x1.8x2.4 m and make its formwork.

Then the bottom of the pit is covered with a layer of sand 15 cm thick. The level of the septic tank will rise above the ground, which will simplify the operation of the device in the spring and protect it from damage. If this is not done, at a time when the snow begins to melt, the installation can flood, which will lead to the failure of compressors, and often the entire system.

When choosing a model of a septic tank, the marking of the location of groundwater is always taken into account. Next, it is necessary to connect the device to the sewage system of the site, for which polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 110 mm are used. The pipelines enter the septic at a distance of 0.7-0.8 m from the top edge of the structure( for long models this value is 1.2-1.4 m).The slope of sewerage is selected in accordance with the diameter - for 100 mm this value is 2 cm per running meter, for a diameter of 50 mm - 3 cm / m.

The next stage of work involves sealing the septic tank. To do this, it is required to make holes with a diameter of 103-100 mm under the sewage lines in the design from the outside. Sealing is carried out according to the instructions that are attached to the device.

The septic tank Topas is equipped with a polypropylene cord, which secures the nozzle placed in the hole by soldering. This will require the use of a construction hair dryer and a special nozzle. Connection of the sewer to the device takes place after the fitting of the branch pipe.

Before sealing the device, it is necessary to check the correctness of the installation on the surface of the excavation, for which the building level is used.

In order for the installation to work, it is necessary to connect the power supply to it. In order to do this, a 3 × 1.5 PVC cable is used, which is placed in a corrugated pipe near the sewerage. It should be connected to the input on the housing intended for this purpose, and then the terminals are connected to it. After that, the other end of the cable is fed into the switchboard and connected by a separate automatic machine 6-16A.

The last final part of the work is balancing the pressure on the body of the device when backfilling the excavation with earth. To do this, the Topas septic tank is filled with water and the earth is filled with an equivalent amount, this operation is repeated until the adjustment of the plant to the surface is achieved.

Maintenance and use of the

1. The cleaning of the sludge accumulation compartment takes place every six months. You can turn to the services of professionals, but there is also the possibility to pump the mass yourself with a pump and apply it as a fertilizer.
2. The cleaning of the filtering devices and the replacement of the compressor membranes are carried out by hand every 2-3 years.
3. The aeration mechanism should be changed after 12 years of operation of the device, since during its operation it is still possible to get large particles in it. If you neglect their removal, you can disrupt the septic.
