Cassette façade - what is special about the novelty?
The high quality of the coating, the variation in dimensions and fastenings, combined with the repeatability of all the parameters of each cassette, provide this widely used non-expensive lining. Such materials are used both for exterior surfaces and for interior finishes.
Practical application speaks about the ability of this coating to repeatedly increase the realizable value of the restored and renovated real estate objects. Indeed, such a cassette facade receives an undeniable advantage of its new appearance in comparison with the previous one.
Accuracy of geometric dimensions allows to hide all defects and roughness of old walls. At the same time, a profitable difference is the simplicity of the erection works. Facade cassette mounting - fastening options
The cassette façade represents a complete, well-thought-out set of components that allows for the complete lining of all surfaces of the structure. The structure includes a variety of external and internal corners, slopes, profiles, crutches, nashchelyaki, platbands, etc.
It is all this thoughtful complex, which is applied depending on the configuration and architectural features of a particular building, gives such a remarkable result in the construction of a hinged ventilated surface of thesematerials.
Manufacture offers mounting of facade cassettes in two main ways, depending on their shape. For elements having special bent surfaces with holes for fastening, the so-called visible fastening method is used.
As standard, the screws are attached to the special hat profile of the panel. This method provides, if necessary, a more simple piece repair. The use of concealed fasteners is considered a special anti-vandal fastening method. With it, the shape of the cassette differs somewhat. It is better than the previous one suitable for external cladding.
Facade cassettes - features of concealed fasteners
Facade metal cassettes used for concealed fasteners have an outwardly bent surface only at the top of the panel. The same surface is provided with a special edge for engaging with the lower part of the element. This is where the seamless concealed installation is built.
The first row starts from the left corner of the bottom of the wall by meshing the bottom of each element by a special initial rail and reinforced through the holes in the top. The following rows are fastened by the bottom gearing at the edge of the top of the previous row, etc.up to the very top of the wall. A complete set of elements( including the entire fashions) allows any hidden layout of the surface, including the corners of the building.
Like any high-quality finish, metal facade cassettes provide a ventilated curtain frame structure. Layered it represents a standard set of horizontal fastening profiles mounted on the supporting wall with the help of brackets.
Between them is laid a layer of thermal insulation made of mineral wool, on top of which is a layer of membrane to protect against moisture and wind. This sandwich is fixed with a dowel plate. The L-shaped profile is attached to the hat profile, and cassette material is already mounted to it. The distance sustained due to the height of the hat profile ensures ventilation of the interior space.
