The "Topol" septic tank developed according to modern technologies is an inexpensive variant of a sewage treatment plant that provides the needs of a country house. This brand of septic tanks is manufactured by the company Eco-Grant on the equipment of a defense plant with the involvement of specialists from Germany.
The "Topol" septic tank is manufactured in accordance with German technology from homogeneous polypropylene and meets the existing safety standards. The septic tank is sold fully assembled and does not require additional assembly efforts. Topol is equipped with Japanese miniature Hiblow compressors.
General characteristics of
The "Topol" septic tank is represented by a rather wide model range. As an example, you can cite septic tanks of the Topol-8 and Topol-5 budgets, where the figure indicates the number of users for which the corresponding model is provided. They are characterized by low energy consumption, which makes up 1.4 to 2.8 kW per day. The septic tank is designed for the treatment of domestic waste water, and the average daily volume of wastewater per person of 200 liters is taken as the basis for determining its productivity.
Advantages of the reliable Topol septic tanks
The autonomous sewerage stations Topol have the following advantages:
- application as a material for the production of high-strength polypropylene sheets with a thickness of 15 mm;
- strengthen the body for compression, which gives it additional rigidity;
- extruder factory weld seams, guaranteeing their reliability;
- availability of two miniature Hiblow compressors;
- availability of an additional filter in the second cascade of the station;
- no need for clamp connections;
- availability of application of gravity or forced withdrawal of treated wastes, which is determined by the type of soil and the location of installation.
The principle of functioning of the autonomous sewer system "Topol"
The "Topol" septic tank is a square container made of polypropylene, the inner cavity of which is divided into four compartments by means of partitions. In the "Topol" there are four air lifts, ensuring a consistent pumping of waste water in accordance with the technological chain of sewage treatment. The air is fed into two working chambers of a non-hazardous septic tank using aerators. The air for the aerator and air lift is supplied by means of compressors located in the instrument compartment. The waterproof cover is equipped with a diffuser for air.
The principle used in the fail-safe "Topol" septic tank is based on the oxidation of organic substances trapped in the waste water with the help of biological purification, supported by oxygen low-pressure pneumatic aeration.
Sewage by gravity flow through the inlet pipeline to the receiving chamber of the "Topol".Mechanical grinding is carried out in this chamber, thanks to aeration. Then the air lift, through an additional filter, discharges the sewage into the aeration tank, where the activated sludge produces biological treatment of the effluents. Further, the wastewater is fed to a secondary settler, intended for sedimentation of the sludge. Upon completion of settling, the treated sewage through the filter enters the discharge line.
If the wastewater level is reduced to a minimum, an automatic float switch is triggered, which allows the entire installation to go into reverse mode. The aeration is started in the receiving chamber of the "Topol", and the airlift begins to pump excess active silt from the aeration tank in order to fill it with a stabilizer.
Further in the stabilizer the active sludge is separated into large and light fractions. The latter through the overflow hole are sent back to the receiving chamber, and the heavier ones are deposited on the bottom of the septic tank.
