Is it worth repeating their experience? Definitely worth it, because the process of manufacturing this unit is surprisingly simple.
Materials for the manufacture of the
The mechanical concrete mixer has a fairly simple design that can be repeated without the expense of dealing with this matter a lot of time and money. This structure consists of:
- Mobile frame;
- Containers for mixing solution components;
- Mechanical handle for rotating the tank.
Those building materials that will be required to recreate these components can be found at the construction site itself. For the manufacture of a mobile frame, a metal corner is required, the dimensions of which should be as close as possible to 50x59x3mm. In addition, to allow the concrete mixer to be easily moved, it must be equipped with two wheels. To do this, any wheels on the rubber run.
Now go to the tank for mixing the concrete solution. The simplest option is to use an iron barrel with a capacity of 250 liters. Such a barrel can be found or bought, because its cost is rather low. The handle, which will rotate the finished container, is made of a metal rod with a thickness of at least 12 mm.

- A working frame is made of a metal corner. With the help of a welding machine, all the individual parts of the frame are made, which should look like two triangles connected at the bottom.
- A barrel is being prepared. Inside it, it is necessary to fix at least three blades with electrical welding, which will mix the concrete solution.
- Fasten the barrel on the frame so that when it is filled with the components of the solution, it does not turn over.
- At the bottom of the barrel weld the prepared handle, which will be used to mix the solution.
Everything, the self-made mechanical concrete mixer is ready. You can fill it with water to check the tightness of the bottom, and in case of a leak, brew a poor-quality place.
