For the installation of the terrace or summer area, the bottom of the flat roof should be a concrete plate, on which the roofing felt is covered with an overlap of at least 10 cm for each strip. Warming of the flat roof is made with the help of slag, expanded clay or extrusion heaters. The insulation is poured with a cementitious screed, after which it is possible to spread the waterproofing carpet.
