2. Use a perforator to make indentations in the marked areas. You need to install the rods, starting from the bottom and gradually moving to the top.
3. Weld the grate. This is the most reliable way of fixing this fence. To weld it is possible, both a stationary lattice, and bursting.
4. If there are loops in the grid, try not to damage them during installation, otherwise you will not be able to open and close the given construction.

After installing the grid, it must be painted, so you hide the welding places, and the design will immediately become a complete view. Also, paint protects the metal from the destructive effects of natural phenomena, especially moisture. So the lattice will last longer.

You can also attach sliding grilles in the same way, but for them you still need to mount skids, along which the entire structure will move. Also, if the grilles are sliding, then they are easier to break, and therefore, you need to provide protection against burglary. Skids can be hidden behind various decorative elements, most often these are potted plants.

For self-installation of the construction there is another option - it's removable grilles. They are attached to special hooks, and the grille should not be heavy in itself. But experts do not consider this construction reliable, it rather performs a decorative function and will not become an obstacle for the intruder. Also, this type of grating is appropriate when you have to replace the window in a short time.

But in terms of reliability are leading grids, which are installed inside the premises. For example, in all banks, these are exactly the designs. Experts believe that to break such a grid, you need to spend much more time than the one that is installed outside. But, if you install the design in your own way at home, you will have to redo the slopes on the windows, because the existing ones during installation will be damaged.

There are such situations as, for example, a fire, when the grill becomes a kind of trap for the owners of the house. In this case, sliding or swinging grilles can help. This type of construction can be seen on many public buildings, because the fire department would not have given permission to install a solid grid.
