Hello! Perhaps I should not contact you with my question, but I am having difficulties installing two EIKON modular supports. When they are installed in their base socket, the support begins to crinkle when the fastening lugs are screwed onto the support. And when it comes time to install the frame, then the frame itself does not press tightly against the wall, just as you do not press it. When removing the frame, a belly-like state is observed between the wall and the support - (But the same state exists naturally even before the frame is installed, and in places where the fasteners are twisted, everything is tight. So that there are no such belly-shaped bases, I loosen the fasteners, but this also weakens the mechanism itself in operation, specifically we are talking about sockets. It takes a couple of times to use the plug and the socket starts to loose. If you can help or advise me, I would be very grateful!
