Time relay for electric heating control

Galina Vladimirovna asks:

Hello. We got into a quandary. To maintain the temperature in the country house, along with the stoves, a separate electric heating system was installed. In each room or group of rooms, a low-power oil battery connected through a thermostat (not the one on the battery, separate, responsive to the air temperature). These heaters are grouped into 4 groups each with a capacity of no more than 2 kW. We wanted to connect them through the TP-102 heating control unit in order to use it as a device that connects each group in turn, without using temperature sensors. There is such a regime. It took a long time to assemble, the device was discontinued. The remains are nowhere to be found.

The question is whether there is some kind of time relay or other device that would turn on our 4 groups of heaters in turn, at a given time interval.
It is now possible to remake the electric heating system only by turning the whole house around, all the wiring is done and the finishing is completed.
