Mounting

Requires a minimum set of tools:
- hydro level,
- cord for marking,
- screwdriver or construction stapler( if the wooden frame is mounted, the panels can be clamped).
The surface must be carefully prepared before the installation of the frame. It will be most correct to remove the old layers of plaster or paint, exposing the concrete overlap. Then clean the surface of the dust and treat it with a special septic solution. Pay special attention to places with smudges. Of course, the suspended ceiling will hide all the cosmetic imperfections, but if you leave the old ceiling "as is", the risk of developing mold fungi is great.
The first stage of installation of a hinged ceiling - a marking. For this, a hydro level and chopping cord( chocline) is used. Having determined the lowest point of the ceiling, a mark is made on the wall. Further from this mark back down at least 3 cm( this is the width of the profile) and transfer the level to all walls. With the help of the Chockline, the lines beat off the marks.
On the perimeter of the room on the dowel-nails fix the starting profile( UD).The lower edge of the profile must coincide with the broken line. Further on the ceiling with a step of 40-50 cm, also using a cord, markings are made for the ceiling profile of the CD.To fix the profile along the marked lines at a distance of 50-60 cm from one another, suspensions are mounted, they are also n-shaped fasteners( peshka).
From the distance between the opposite starting profiles, subtract 1 cm - this is the length of the guide profile( CD).Guide profiles of the desired length are inserted into the starting profile. Suspensions on both sides are bent downward( the suspension takes the form of the letter "P") and by means of small screws they attach a profile to them. The ends of the suspension, projecting below the profile, are bent upwards.
If the ceiling swings are significant, the "peshka" is used for the entire length, fixing with one side to the ceiling two hangers for each point of fixing the profile. In large rooms, in order to avoid the sagging of the ceiling, a cord is stretched across the center of the room across the profile direction. The height of the profile is regulated by n-shaped fasteners.
Procedure:
- Under the mounted frame around the perimeter of the room fix the n-shaped plastic profiles for the ends or a ceiling PVC skirting with fillets. Panels are mounted on the frame one by one, fastening each to the profiles with screws with a wide flat bonnet.
- When installing the last panel in the polyurethane skirting there is a little trick: the panel is reduced in width exactly by the width of the lock, and in length - by the depth of the groove groove. That is, if the width of the lock is 1 cm and the depth of the fillet is 2 cm, then the panel is made narrower by 1 cm and shorter by 2 cm. Due to this, the panel is easily inserted into the plinth and then simply moved in the right directions until completely eliminatedgaps. In the corners use special joints or they crease the plinth in the stool at an angle of 45 degrees.
- As the panels are mounted in them, holes are made for installing ceiling luminaires. After fixing the panel in the hole under the safit immediately output wiring.
Installation of rack-mounted suspended ceilings or ceilings from gypsum boards is practically the same as installing PVC panels.
