Advice and prevention of breakdowns
- Before you clean the washing machine both outside and any of its parts inside, the machine must be disconnected from the electrical network. Also, close the tap, through which water enters the unit.
- Clean the door seal after each wash using a soft, dry cloth. To wipe the outer surface of the device and other plastic parts, use a soft damp cloth. Do not soak a rag in alcohol, abrasive agents and other chemical compounds that could damage the technique.
- Periodically rinse the container through which detergents enter the machine. Remove it, rinse all surfaces under the faucet and return the container to its place.
- Clean the filters in the water supply once a year. To do this, disconnect the water inlet hose, remove the filter, remove debris from it, then return the parts to the site and make sure that they are tight.
- Clean the pump filter twice a year, removing threads, buttons, coins and other tiny objects from it. In addition, the cleaning of this filter is advised to hold after washing things with a pile. Draining the water, open the filter cover with a pointed object, pull out the hose to the stop, remove the plug and drain, then remove the filter, rinse it and return all parts to the machine in the reverse order.
