The working part is a barrel. Four plates of stirring blades, made of steel strip 0.45 x 0.1 m and thickness of five millimeters, are welded to its inner surface. They are located crosswise opposite each other at a height of fifteen centimeters from the bottom.
To make the structure more rigid, two blades measuring 0.8x0.05 m from a steel strip of the same thickness are welded crosswise diagonally from the bottom to the opposite inner side. The downshift provides a speed of about 30 rpm and sufficient power to be transmitted to the rotating shaft of the paired pulleys. Transmission belt, wedge, there are used two belts: one - small diameter for connection to the pulley of the motor, the second - a long belt, it outside covers the barrel and a paired small pulley.
With the wheel of a larger diameter fixed to the motor shaft, the rotation is transferred to the first of two identical paired small wheels. The entire system of pulleys and the electric motor are fixed on a swivel lever platform hingedly fixed to the base frame.
The bolt M14x60 is welded to the bottom of the barrel along the imaginary axis of rotation. It is important to ensure the accuracy of its alignment,this determines the operation of the entire mechanism. For convenience of work, the top of the barrel can be closed with a welded-on-size open cone nozzle. The areas of the outer surface of the barrel rolling on the rollers are closed with rubber from the wheel chamber of the car to reduce noise during operation.

The base of this concrete mixer is a frame that determines the angle of inclination of the mixing barrel and carries four support rollers, the tipping handle when unloading the solution, and the spring-loaded articulated lever platform described above, on which the mounting holes for mounting the motor are made,all pulleys and gears.
The frame is welded from the steel corner to the dimensions of the barrel with the calculation of the desired angle of its inclination. On the sides of the top corners of the sixteen ordinary bearings( four on each axis, made in the form of welded U-shaped staples) are fixed already mentioned rollers. Their fastening can be made detachable by making appropriate loops with the axle.
The rear of the frame is below the front, a handle is attached to it for tipping the structure. In the middle of the rear of the frame, a support arm with a hole at the height of the bolt welded to the axial center of the bottom of the barrel is bolted vertically. This is the place for the mobile fixation of the limiter of the longitudinal movement of the barrel. Four bolts are put on the bolt, and the nut is screwed up to a level allowing free rotation of the container.
Assembly is done by installing a barrel( with a large belt already clad) on the support arm and on the base platens. An electric motor is attached to the lever pad, belts are first put on the pulleys. Under the weight of the lever, held by the selected spring, the necessary tension is provided.
