Three-roller chisel in the puncher can not be delivered!
If you decided to start your own business, and the main direction was chosen drilling works, for example, for arrangement of artesian wells, then in the ammunition set you must also have a diamond chisel three-cone. What, in fact, does it represent itself? In fact, it is a drill bit, it is called a chisel because of inertia, because earlier all drilling operations were carried out by the shock method.
As a result, today, a massive drill head with one or more cone-shaped cylindrical( or spherical) cones shaped by rotation through a bearing carries the same name as a well-known carpenter's tool. Among other things, chisel bits are used for borehole operations that are relevant only for passing soft, loose rocks by cutting .This kind of rigging is also called a screw screw.
Choosing a chisel for a perforator
To make a hole in concrete, an ordinary drill bit is not enough, even with a winning tap. Of course, a diamond-plated bit will fulfill this task, but if concrete is high-grade, then it will be blunt. Therefore, it is better to work with the shock method, and for this we need a sound bit for the perforator. In this case, you do not even need a drilling mode, the hole is quickly formed and under continuous whipping strokes.
The perforator was not always a construction tool, this name came from the usual jackhammer used by miners to break holes in the rock.
However, it should be borne in mind that bit diameters are different, and not all punchers can handle particularly large nozzles. Since electrical tools are divided into three classes in terms of power, only heavy perforators weighing about 8 kilograms can provide the deepest holes with a diameter of up to 50 millimeters. Classification of the bits is also important, for example, if the SDS-Max nozzles are designed for the above diameter, the SDS-Plus for small and medium power drills drill holes up to 20-30 millimeters in diameter.
Can it be used as a chisel, chisel?
As a separate tool, the chisel is used only in carpentry, and repeatedly laymen confuse it with a chisel, trying to use the latter in a similar way, namely, striking it with hammers. This is a gross error, because if the tool is equipped with a handle adapted only for the palm, which means that it is covered with plastic or rubber, even weak impacts of this handle can quickly render unusable. In other words, as a chisel, the chisel can not be used in any case, even if it bears blows, it is only by the power of the swing of the hand.
Otherwise, the tools are really similar. However, it should be borne in mind that the force of chiselling with a hammer is incommensurably higher than if you work only with the strength of muscles. Therefore, a tool adapted to strike it is usually made especially powerful. The bit is not an exception. This metal bar of rectangular cross-section with a sharpening done at the end is capable of cutting a nail without any damage to the blade.
