How to install and repair roller shutters?
The instruction how to install a garage door may differ slightly depending on the type of construction.

Before starting the installation of roller shutters, you need to make the opening suitable for this.
Preparation of the opening is to prepare the walls and ceiling: the walls need to be leveled with building compounds or special gaskets that fix where the box and tires are fastened, and also with silicone and plaster.
To install the construction, in each wall it is necessary to make a hole having a diameter of 12-20 mm, depending on the size of the structure.
The installation of roller blinds takes place in three stages: first you need to assemble the frame itself, then install it on the walls, check whether the structure enters the opening and waterproof, sealing the seams and cracks that appeared during installation.

Before putting the construction on the walls, you need to prepare a box. To do this, make two through holes, in which after installation you will need to install rivets.

To properly install the design, you need to make a marking on which you will install the fasteners and make holes for it.
The markup is done by applying the skeleton to the places where it will be fixed. Using the level, you need to check the correctness of its position.
According to the required height, make dowel holes in the frame and insert them.
Make sure that the dowels are tightened evenly, otherwise the roller shutters can warp and they will not be able to function properly.
The size of the holes depends on the type of system control, so please read the information in the passport to the structure before starting work.
If the control is electric or by means of a lifting cord, then the hole diameter should be 12 mm, if by means of a tape, then 16, and if the cardan system, then 20.
