This method is based on the dissolution of various substances deposited on pipes in chemical compounds. This is one of the most effective, used and proven ways to clean the heating system from excess.

Chemicals dilute all constituents of deposits, scale, which, then, are naturally washed out of the heating system. Typically, the composition of these substances includes an element that protects the pipes from the appearance of signs of rust, and extend the period of operation.

In order to clean the pipes in this way, you need to have special equipment.

Typically, specialists use pumps in such cases. It is necessary that after the chemical solution is injected into the heating devices, the pump gives direction to its movement through the system. From each material in the heating system, the strength of contaminants and the selected substance depends on the time spent on cleaning. However, it is relatively more expensive( since special equipment is needed that can give a stream of water under pressure of several hundred atmospheres) and high-quality cleaning will not work without the help of third parties. Pneumatic impulse cleaning of heating system

This method is based on the generation of small explosions of air bubbles that are able to tear the dirt from the inside. For this purpose, a pneumatic gun, a switch, an air supply system with an accumulation system( for example, a compressor), transition( connecting) hoses are used.

How does the installation work?

First, the pneumatic gun is connected to the heating pipes through the hose and the switch, then the compressed air transmitter passes. Further through this entire system, a fluid is passed which causes the piston to move and, in fact, starts the unit.

If you decided to use the compressor for air supply, then when water is introduced and the piston position changes under its pressure, the empty container starts to fill with air. After the balloon is full, some of the air will move into the piston, which, by directing it into the heating system, will create a shock wave.

In order to completely clean the system, you need two to five strokes. The process itself will take several minutes, and it is completely independent of electricity - the unit operates autonomously.

From the minuses of this method can be called its limited range of action, due to the characteristics of the pistol.

Hydropneumatic flushing of the heating system

The easiest way to implement, and which does not require any investment, except labor.

This is an ordinary mechanical cleaning, which is possible in any apartment, house.

Instruction:

1. First of all, it is necessary to disconnect the radiator from the system and drain all liquid from it. Be sure to cover all surfaces with an unnecessary rag, so as not to spoil or damage the coating. If you have a special crane on the batteries, this will greatly simplify the task. In the event that there are cast-iron batteries in the house, a heating element may be needed to remove them( in order to unscrew the connection easier).
2. Next, the radiator must be rinsed. The easiest way to do this is in the bathroom, directing water from the shower hose under the maximum head to the inside of the pipes. Do this as long as the rusty water runs. If there is too much and a noticeable layer of deposits inside the pipes, use a metal tool. As soon as the dirt stops washing out, the cleaning is finished.

• Connect the batteries from the bottom. As already mentioned, the deposits accumulate on the horizontal lines, which means that the bulk will leave with the flow of the coolant.
