Furnaces for a bath with a heat exchanger - two functions in one heater

Selecting the

system When choosing heating ovens with a heat exchanger, you need to decide which type is best for you. The simplest kind of such a system is a serpentine. It is a tube, folded into a ring and placed in a tank. Input and output are output, and the coil is ready. It is best to use lightweight pipes, for example, copper or metal-plastic pipes.

For furnaces, a heat exchanger of a different type is more often used. In such a system, the upper cylindrical and lower rectangular container connects with pipes. Burning fuel heats the bottom tank and pipes, and those in turn transmit the heat of the upper tank. Heated water under pressure flows through the pipes to the right rooms. A sauna stove with a heat exchanger is a two-in-one system that not only perfectly performs its functions, but also saves money.

Note! The heat exchanger can be used as a heater and as a cooler, depending on the need.

Furnaces for a bath with a heat exchanger -

installation process Having decided which system will be used, it is possible to start laying the furnace. It is installed on the foundation, which must be poured into 40 centimeters deep. The height above the ground level is determined based on the floor level in the bath and the level of the furnace. The stove is mounted on the foundation and is surrounded by a brick on a clay mortar. Further, tiling is done. Glue the tile is necessary on the thermoset.

The most common design: a heat exchanger for hot water is installed in the combustion chamber. In the previously made hole in the hut of the bath, a furnace is displayed. After that, the hole is laid with a red brick, which is put on a clay mortar. The system supplies heated water to connected radiators or a separate water tank using pipes that are wrapped in thermal insulation. The chimney is mounted in a special hole in the roof. This hole must be covered with a sheet of metal, making a cutout for the pipe. All joints are sealed.

Note! For pipes it is best to use foam insulation.

Heat exchanger manufacturer

Next, we will look at how to make a heat exchanger directly. For its manufacture it is necessary to use metal with a thickness of 2-5 millimeters. The heat exchanger for the oven with its own hands is made as described above: the upper tank is cylindrical, the lower one is rectangular, and they are connected by pipes. Dimensions of the furnace and the diameter of the pipes can be made any, depending on the size of the room. Note! All mating stitches of the furnace must be made with minimal gaps.

All finished parts for the construction are first seized by welding, and only after making sure that all calculations are performed correctly, you can finally assemble the system. After completing the entire assembly, check the heat exchanger for strength. This is done as follows:

  • The bottom pipe is brewed;
  • The system is filled to the top with water;
  • The outlet is connected to the tank;
  • When monitoring pressure gauge, fill with compressed air system.

Qualitatively performed seams will not leak. If such places appear, then water is drained from the system, and the places of leakage are repeatedly brewed. It is desirable that the length of all pipes is as small as possible.
