In the market of construction materials, metal lagoons( lengths from 2 to 12 meters) are offered. To ensure that the workload is not too heavy, it is better to make the distance between the posts not more than 3-4 meters. Thus, for every 30 m of the fence there are 10 poles and 20 lobes 3 m long each. As the pillars, a metal pipe is usually used, which is fixed in the ground with cement mortar. Preparing the construction site
To make the fence beautiful and smooth, no need to spare time for the preliminary marking of the construction site. Clear the perimeter of the site: remove the remnants of the old fence, mow the grass, if necessary align the uneven ground so that nothing interferes with the work. Fix strong pegs at the extreme points of the fenced area and pull a rope between them, showing a straight line along which the fence should line up. Now, using the tape measure, mark the places of the future pillars with small pegs. Please note that the distance between the poles should correspond to the length of the acquired struts, taking into account the width of the post and the fastening - check this on the first two spans of the fence, so as not to alter the marking in the future. When the layout is ready, you can remove the rope and get to work.
Install columns
Under each pole in place of pegs we excavate a pit not less than 50 cm deep. We establish the post strictly vertically - here it is better not to trust the eye, but to check with a level or plumb line - and concreate the pit. To the post did not squint, you need to make temporary struts that will support it, until the concrete mixture has solidified.
We are assembling the
construction. The last stage of the fence construction should be started, when the poles will be held firmly in the solidified concrete mix. Wait 1-2 days after installing the poles.
Further actions remind the assembly of the children's designer. Install the fasteners to the posts. With the help of self-tapping we attach the veins to the fasteners. After that, it is better to mark the places of attachment of the fence on the lodges with a pencil or marker - so it will be more convenient to monitor the observance of the required distance between the fence. Now it remains only to screw the fence to the veins with a screwdriver.
