All washing machines break down and break down from time to time. Disassembly process
First, you should pick up and fold all the tools that you need to work next to the machine.
Detaching the top panel of the
It is attached using several screws, which the Phillips screwdriver helps to unscrew. Grasp one hand behind the back of the panel and lift it slightly. At this time, use the other hand to move the panel towards the back. Once you notice that the panel is no longer attached, it can be freely removed from the machine.
Disconnecting the control unit
First of all, remove the reservoir in which detergents are poured. This is not particularly difficult.
Next, dismantle the drawer box. Since the screws are also used in its mounting, you again have to take a cross-shaped screwdriver in your hands.
With one hand, grab the right side of the control unit, and pull the panel 90 degrees with your left hand. With this action, the panel will disconnect from the right fixture.
Next, you need to fix the panel, in which the service hook will help. Your goal is to turn the panel 180 degrees and hang it on the side wall of the washing machine. In this case, place the larger end of the hook in the cutout of the control unit, and the smaller end in the machine wall.
Removing the service panel
Using a screwdriver, unscrew the bolts, then remove the panel with a crowbar, which must be wooden or plastic. Press the machine very carefully so as not to damage the service panel.
Then, after dissolving the door, take a flat screwdriver to remove the clamp that fixes it. Put the tool aside, then remove the cuff, which is centered.
Removing the central panel
For its attachment to the side walls of the machine, four bolts meet. Having unscrewed these bolts with a cross-head screwdriver, remove the fastener and remove the central panel simultaneously with the window. At the same stage, pull out the connector that performs the function of locking the door.
The next goal is to dismantle the hose that comes to the distributor. Take the pliers and loosen the hose clamp on the hose, then pull out the hose, and then remove the clamp itself.
The same actions will help you remove the hose that fits the pressure switch - after loosening the clamp, detach and remove the hose itself, then the clamp and the cuff.
To remove the cuff on the hatch, first loosen the screw cuffs that are on the tank. A crosshead screwdriver is suitable for this purpose. Then, using a flat screwdriver, unscrew the cuff collar and remove it, after which you will only have to unhook the cuff and remove it from the drum.
Removing the rear wall
For this purpose, unscrew the screws that are in charge of securing it to the body of the equipment. After that, disconnect from the drum all the elements that will prevent its dismantling( these are all the hoses connected to the tank).
Removal of heating element
Carefully detach the wires from the heating element by unscrewing them. This operation can be skipped if you unscrew the nut and pull out the heater completely.
If you are going to remove the tank, unscrew the counterweights and put them aside. Next, detach the shock-retaining dampers with a wrench. Unscrew the bolts that attach the shock absorbers to the body of the equipment, and then remove them. Now it remains to carefully remove the tank from the springs and pull it out with the engine from the machine.

If there is such a need, then the electric motor is unscrewed from the tank. When deconstructing the tank, you may find that it is glued in some models of machines. Such a tank can be cut with a hacksaw, and during the assembly use bolts, nuts and silicone sealant.

How to assemble
The process of assembling a washing machine should be carried out in the same order as you disassembled the machine. First perform the last operations, gradually in order to get to the first steps.
When assembling the machine, it is important to make sure that the cuff has risen on the door exactly to its place. The symbol of the triangle on it must coincide with the vertical axis of the machine - directly opposite this symbol should be the drain groove( this should be the lowest point of the cuff).
In addition, when tightening the clamp bolts on the cuff, make sure that their heads are positioned at the level corresponding to the location of the free pin of the stretch marks. When analyzing the machine, you can take photos of especially complex connection points to take advantage of such prompts when assembling the device. This will help you not get confused when working with wires and complex attachments.
