Tools

When cutting a tall tree, you need to have tools such as:

  • chainsaw;
  • long staircase;
  • rope;
  • shovel;
  • ax;
  • large root pliers;
  • hacksaw or chainsaw.

Step-by-step instruction

In order to safely perform the work on tree felling, several assistants will be needed( depending on the circumference of the trunk and the height of the tree).

1. Initially, you need to determine the direction in which you can easily put the trunk of the tree on the ground, without damaging the structure and planting. Usually the tree falls in the direction to which it is tilted or where there are more branches.

2. Using a chain saw, it is necessary to cut the maximum number of side branches. In the absence of such a tool, you can use a regular wood hacksaw. This option will require the artist to climb the staircase, attached to the tree, to the maximum possible height and with the help of a hack saw cut the branches in the reach zone. In the event that this process is for some reason carried out on its own, it is problematic to invite a professional to prune the branches.

3. After pruning the branches, it is necessary to fix the long, strong rope as much as possible by tying it around the trunk. The length of the rope must be sufficient so that the performers, who will have to pull the trunk for it, were outside the zone of possible falling of the tree. If the trunk is very tall, then at the height of human growth, you can first cut its part, leaving a high stump.

4. In order for the felled tree to fall in the right direction, you must first make a trunk cut for half the thickness from the opposite side, into which it is planned to put it.

5. For thick trees, one more slice is made from the direction of its fall, above the opposite cut by 5 - 10 cm. When all slices are ready, it is necessary to pull the tree to the side of falling with a rope.

6. After the fall of the upper part of the trunk, it will be necessary to dig up the roots of the remaining part of the stump, chopping them from all sides.

7. At the top of the trunk, you must tighten the rope. Then, you should forcefully pull the trunk, rooting out with the roots of tree stump from the ground.

Thus, guided by the photo and video process on the site, you will be able to safely solve the problem of removing any large tree.
