Slightly round the corners of the boards. Then use a suitable cutter to make a groove on one of the long ends. The length of the groove is for the entire face, the width is in accordance with the thickness of the chipboard( in most cases it is 1.6 cm), the optimal depth is 1.5-2 cm.

Third Stage

Proceed to trim the ends of the boards. This will help you with a circular saw. Cut the ends of all boards at 45 degrees.

The length of vertical boards should be 2 m( standard).The width is usually maintained within 70-80 cm.

Fourth stage

Start cutting the chipboard. If you want, you can immediately buy the material in size and avoid cutting.

Carry out preliminary assembly of the door. For this, fill the boards with chipboard. Make sure the location of each board is correct, there are no gaps and other defects, and then install confirmations.

The third step. Cut the metal corner to the size of the box. Optimum fit corners with shelves 5x2, 5 cm. Arrange the workpieces on any suitable flat surface in the form of a rectangle in the dimensions of the door frame.

Second step. Cut a corner of the required length, lay it on a flat surface in the form of a rectangle, and weld the frame.

The third step. Using a grinder, cut out the connector for the door lock in the metal profile.

Fourth step. Prepare the loop profile to the box and hinges. The fifth step. Carefully measure the gap between the hinges on the frame and on the door frame. It is important that the measurements coincide, otherwise problems may arise when the canvas is hung.

The seventh step. Cut the steel sheet so that the door leaf overlaps the opening for the lock from the installation side of the lock by 1.5 cm and from the remaining three sides by 1 cm. Dispose of the scale left on the edges of the material after cutting. The eighth step. Place the cut sheet so that the bottom and top edges of the box protrude 10 mm. On the side of the canopy installation, the sheet should protrude by 15 mm, and from the side of the lock - by 0.5 cm.

The ninth step. Turn the box over so that the sheet is at the bottom.

The frame will be located inside the box. Between the door frame and the frame, leave the following clearances:

  • from the side of the canopy installation - 0,7 cm;
  • from the side of the door lock installation - 0,8 cm;
  • from the door threshold side( bottom) - 1 cm;
  • at the top - 1 cm.

The gaps can be fixed with the help of suitable tools, for example, metal strips.

The tenth step. Braze the frame with the sheet. Stitches make short enough - up to 4 cm. Between the start of the welding seams, maintain a 20-centimeter distance. Cook from the center of the product to the edges. Periodically, be sure to give the product a little time to cool down.

The first step. Lift the product above the surface of the table( or other base used).To do this, place a trimming profile or pipes under the door frame.

The second step. Make hinges from a metal rod with a diameter of 2 cm. Also you can buy loops in the finished form. Weld the hinges to the canvas and to the door frame. The upper part of the element is welded to the sheet, and the bottom is fixed to the box.

The third step. After completing the fastening of the hinges, dispose of the stitches used previously to fasten the sheet to the door frame.

Fourth step. Strip the welding seams.

In the end, you will have to break the lock, paint the product and perform its final finish at your own discretion. Painting is mandatory, regardless of the chosen method of finish finishing, t. The paint will provide additional protection of the metal against corrosion.
