Topiary is a tree of happiness, has recently become a popular gift and decoration of the interior. A small beautiful tree, according to the prevailing opinion, brings happiness and well-being. In addition, as an ornamental detail, it can play the role of an interesting interior element.
Topiary can be made with your own hands, while having simple materials. For its manufacture, a wide variety of materials are perfectly suited: organza, ribbons, dried flowers and leaves, coffee kernels, artificial flowers, fruits and berries.
I like to make a topiary from organza, and I have already created it in different variations more than once. Organza necessarily use a special, floral. It can be purchased at a flower shop or gift wrapping.
Take advantage of the master class presented at the "House of Dreams" to create a pretty topiary made of organza and textile flowers by yourself, and make sure that this work is within your power.

Instructions for making topiary with your own hands
Creating a topiary from organza begins with the manufacture of so-called "trimmings", in other words they are also called "pounders".To do this, you need to cut the organza into identical squares of 7x7 cm. You can also use squares with side dimensions of 6.5cm, but personally I like the size of the square with sides equal to 7cm.
After the whole organza is cut into squares, two squares should be taken.
Put one square on the other.
Fold in half in a triangle.
And once again in half. At the bottom, fix it with a stapler. That's what "tops" looks like from the top.
Now toothpicks should be broken in half.
And on the tip of the "face" apply glue and glue the toothpick.
There are a lot of these trimmings. I have more than 100 "front ends" for one topiary.
Next, you need to make a hole in the ball and glue the barrel with it.
I use a ready styrofoam ball for making a tree, however, as a base, you can also use various children's plastic balls.
Textile flowers are recommended to be evaporated before use. For this, I use an iron and gently steal every flower with steam. For my topiary, I use chamomile.
The flowers should be inserted into the ball base.
Now take the trimming and stick them around each flower.
Filling also the gaps between the colors.
When the whole crown is ready, you need to dissolve the gypsum. The gypsum is diluted with water to the consistency of sour cream.
Put a barrel with a crown in the pot and fix the barrel with a foam piece or a piece of a sandwich panel. This is necessary in order for the trunk to hold securely in the pot during operation.
Pour the potty mixture into the gypsum. Here, too, insert the decor on the stick( if there is one).I had a watering can with a butterfly in the tone of organza and flowers, it turned out very nicely.
Next, you need to decorate the gypsum with sisalum or other similar material.
I put two ladybugs on the pot, one for each - on the watering can and on the barrel.
Topiary made of organza with textile daisies is ready. It turned out a very pretty tree in my opinion.
Creative successes!
