Decoupage of New Year bottles: master class with step-by-step photos

In order to make such an interesting New Year's souvenir, you need a bottle of rectangular vodka with flat smooth sides without a pattern on the glass.

You will also need:

• acrylic paint( white and blue)
• brush and foam
• nail polish with sparkles
• separately spangles for manicure
• acrylic lacquer
• crystal paste
• glue PVA
• print( for it you need paper for the printerand white napkin)
• hair spray

How to make a decoupage of New Year bottles

Soak the bottle in water for the night. In the morning we remove all stickers. We wipe with alcohol to degrease.

Preparing the printout. In this case, the souvenir is intended as a gift to the employee for the New Year, so the building and the name of the company where the gifted person works are used as a picture. But you can use another picture. For example, a photo of the person to whom the gift is intended.

Paste paper with one layer of kitchen napkin on the edge. Print the desired picture on the laser printer. Cut out the picture. Spray it with hairspray. Leave to dry.

On one side of the bottle we glue the picture. We put it face down. Glue on the PVA glue with a brush. When the picture is glued, we look through the bottle, inward, it turns out like this:

The painting is painted with white paint.

Completely paint the entire bottle with blue paint. We apply several layers of foam rubber.

We leave only the window through which the previously pasted picture will be visible. Near the window we paint with almost dry foam rubber, so that this effect turns out:

While the paint dries, we make the next printout. Since the bottle is square, it is impossible to glue the whole picture. To get out of the situation, I made a triptych:

In the same way, we cut out each picture separately and spray with varnish for hair.

We glue each picture separately. Everyone on their side:

The edges of the bottle are additionally painted with blue paint. At the same time, lightly, casually climb on the picture.

We begin to decorate. Snow is emphasized with the help of crystal paste. It is convenient to apply a toothpick.

On the windows we apply nail polish with sparkles. This will light the lights in the windows:

It remains to cover our souvenir with lacquer and decoupage of the new bottle will be completely ready.

If desired, you can additionally decorate the bottle with sequins for nails. To do this, apply a thin strip of glue around the pictures and tinkle with sparkles. After drying again cover with varnish.
