How is Astrakhan getting ready for the 2015 heating season?
For the heating season 2015-2016.the city of Astrakhan is preparing very actively. Thanks to the work of the specially established staff for the preparation of the OZP, the pipelines for heating and heating systems, water supply and sewerage systems were inspected in municipal institutions, social facilities, as well as in residential areas. Hydraulic testing of the system was successfully carried out in the summer of 2015 in mid-July according to the schedule. In the emergency areas, repairs and replacement of pipelines and fittings have been made, thus enabling the start of the autumn-winter heating season without delays.

What to do,if the heating is not given
Find out who you have a contract for the supply of heat. It can be either a management company or a heat utility directly. There you can request that you perform a clearing for improper provision of the service.
By law, heating can be turned off for a month for 24 hours( total for all days).At the same time, there can be no more than 16 hours of continuous heat( if in residential premises +12 and above), no more than 8 hours( if at home 10-12 degrees of heat) and no more than 4 hours( if the temperature is 8-10 degrees).
If these general rules are not met, for each hour of failure to provide services( the total amount for the entire period), the heating fee will decrease by 0.15%.
