Moreover, you will be allowed to make a new wiring in your apartment only if you get permission from the controlling authorities to replace the central heating system with an autonomous gas or electric boiler. If this permission is not obtained, it is possible to optimize the heating devices, replacing them with those with greater heat transfer, for example aluminum or copper radiators. 
In private ownership, the process of installing a heating system is simplified. Here it is not necessary to consult and receive permission from the competent authorities. Therefore, the wiring in a private house is usually done by a collector. This scheme allows you to maintain the same temperature throughout the house.
A typical water distribution system is based on the serial connection of all units to a horizontal central pipe. In turn, the central horizontal pipe is embedded in a vertical riser of water supply, which is located near the sewer pipe riser. According to this scheme, the standard wiring has a certain structure.
In a vertical riser in the bathroom, which supplies cold water, a nipple, which extends horizontally, is welded. A faucet is mounted on it, and, if desired, a counter for consumed water. A tee is installed behind the counter, from which the pipes go to the drain tank.
Following the first tee pipe goes to the bathroom, where another tee is installed, dividing the wiring to the washbasin and the bath( shower).To the same tee there is a connection of a washing machine to a water pipe. However, when installing a common mixer for the washbasin, the second tee can not be mounted. 
The kitchen is connected to the water supply system by a separate vertical riser, if it is an apartment of improved planning, and if the housing is small, the pipe cuts into the riser located in the bathroom. In this case, the first tee is replaced by a cross. The piping supplying hot water is carried out in a similar way. Scheme: vertical riser - choke - tee - exit to the kitchen and a mixer in the bathroom.
Optimal layout of water supply pipes - collector
Changing the wiring diagram is a private matter for every owner, especially if it is a water connection to a private house. If only it was not an illegal connection and it was convenient and comfortable for you personally. In most modern households, owners want to make a promising collector scheme for connecting faucets and faucets. This system allows you to supply water more evenly and without pressure drops, if several plumbing fixtures are powered on one branch.

The comb( collector) is installed behind the counter. Then, cranes( mixers) are connected to each of the collector's outputs using a dedicated line. Similar actions are performed with a hot water stand, feeding shower cabins, baths, dryers, mixers exclusively with the help of a collector. The only drawback of this system is a large number of horizontally extending pipes. However, if this variant does not suit you can apply a mixed scheme, where the elements of the collector and sequential circuits are combined.
