  1. With the help of electric jigsaw, a circle of diameter 360 mm is cut from the wood massif, which will serve as the upper surface of the bar stool. The surface is processed by a grinding machine, and a chamfer is removed along the edge. A circle of smaller diameter, approximately 260 mm, is cut out for mounting and fastening the legs of the chair.
  2. The seat can be made square from one wide ridge or from two to three boards with a width of 120 mm. For splicing in the longitudinal end face of the milling cutter, the tongue and groove are turned. The glued blanks are joined and fixed with clamps are kept until completely dry. When gluing, joinery glue or furniture PVA is used.
  3. The legs are made from a bar section of 50x50 mm. The electric plane of the workpiece is stretched along the entire length with a small cut. So that the cross-section at the bottom of the legs was 2.5x2.5 cm, and in the upper part, attached to the seat, was as thick as possible.
  4. For a bar stool, four footsteps are required. They further strengthen the design of the chair and serve as a support for the feet. A bar with a cross section of 2.5x2.5 cm is extruded and a spike is filed in the end parts. In the legs at a height of about 25 - 30 cm from the floor hollows out a nest under the spike. The footsteps are inserted into the nests on the glue and fixed with twine.

  2. A façade seat is attached to the top of the mounting plate. It can be fixed with screws from the back of the shield. The bar stool is placed on a flat horizontal surface, and the legs are adjusted. In order to prevent the wood from breaking off, a chamfer is removed at the ends of the legs.
