hot welding occurs as follows:
- edges are tightly pushed together;
- removes the grooves at the joints with a special chisel, the depth of the groove is 2/3 of the thickness of the coating;
- is carefully vacuumed through all the grooves;
- heats the welding machine to a temperature of 400 degrees;
- cut the welding cord at half the joint;
- thread the cord into the welding nozzle, leaving a small edge on each side, the end of the cord must be parallel to the floor and located directly above the groove;
- fuse cord in the groove;
- while the material is still hot, cut off all unnecessary.
