Few of us go to buy household appliances, not determined at least about what parameters should have a new device. Usually, before going to the store, we collect information about the product of interest to us: we study advertising, browse online directories, ask friends. Choosing a washing machine, you need to take into account many important criteria: the type of loading, the method of installation, the class of washing and, of course, the dimensions of the device. After all, having made a mistake with the size of only a few centimeters, we will create additional difficulties for ourselves( for example, it may be necessary to dismantle interior doors or rearrange furniture).

Height-standard
Any specialist will tell you that the standard height of a modern automatic washing machine is 85 cm. Unlike the depth and width, which depend on many factors, including the volume of the tank, this parameter usually remains unchanged. Is the washing machine suitable for sink?
Recently, interior designers and manufacturers of home appliances offer many original solutions that allow the most economical and functional use of space in the apartment. One of the most interesting ideas is the installation of a washing machine under the sink in the bathroom.
For many, this solution is a real salvation, because in our small bathrooms and kitchens there is so little space for the most necessary. The same requirements for the washing machine will be as follows:
- height up to 70 cm;
- depth is 10-20 cm less than the depth of the shell;
- width is no more( or better, slightly less) than the width of the shell;
- front load type.
Please note that washing machines with vertical loading can not be installed under the washbasin, as in this case you simply can not open the boot hatch. For the same reasons, vertical models are not installed under the countertop.
What other dimensions are important in choosing?
Height is not the only size that you need to consider when choosing a washing machine. At least( and sometimes more) important parameters are such as width and depth. In styaroks with different types of loading, these characteristics can vary significantly.
So, the maximum depth of the front models is 60 cm and the minimum depth is 32 cm. The largest width of the machines with front loading is 60 cm and the smallest is 47.
