Preparatory work before fastening sandwich panels
The installation determines the reliability of the entire building structure. It is important to use high-quality building materials, to equip with professional equipment and follow the necessary standards of fasteners.
The following construction tools are required:

- Measuring level;
- Fixing ties;

- Teeth with fine denticle;
- Lifting device.
Building materials:
- Panel sandwiches;
- Corners in metal;
- Profile strips;
- Minvata;
- Self-tapping screws with rubber sealing layer;
- Fixing anchors;
- Adhesive strip;
- Silicone sealant.
Function of sandwiches - finishing of the roof and walls of the building. A separate part of the house has features of fastening( wall panels are mounted in vertical and horizontal positions).Horizontal - the most common. We will consider it in more detail.
Horizontal sandwich panel fasteners
The sandwich panel fastening to the wall structure starts at the bottom. To the socle is mounted a horizontal bar - profile or corner made of metal( thickness from 1 millimeter).The fastening is made by anchors. Step - 50-60 centimeters for concrete bases, 50 centimeters - for wooden. In the slats you need to prepare holes in advance. As the fixing surface is checked by level( to avoid distortions).Sealant is laid between the plinth, the bar and the sandwich panel.
The foundation of the building and the sandwich are separated by an insulating tape. As the insulation used mineral wool 2 cm wide.
Frame racks are equipped with sealing adhesive tape. It is attached in the center of the column according to the principles:
- Intermediate columns - 1 piece
- Sandwich assembly - 2 pieces
Sandwiches are mounted on the guide rails so that they deliberately pressurize the sealing layers. In the process it is necessary to use fixing screeds and a hoist. Screeds are applied to the thickness of the panel:
- one gripper is used for a thickness of up to 10 centimeters and a length of 6 meters.

After all the work done on the fastening, it is worthwhile to carry out another list of actions:
- The metal frame is assembled by drilling screws. Premature drilling is not required.
- . The wooden frame base of the sandwich panel is fitted with self-tapping screws
- . The concrete frame means fastening with dowels on concrete materials with piercing. It is produced with an already attached panel
- . The fixing step is 30 centimeters. Quantity - 2 pieces per one column with an interval of 100 centimeters in width of the panel sandwich

The panels fastening units are treated with a sealing strip( mineral wool option is possible).
Beginning the paneling of other walls, it is necessary to first mount the joints of the panels. Then proceed to the overlaps.
