Installation of facade panels - where to start
When working with panels, it is necessary to take into account that the material under the influence of temperature and moisture has the property of expanding and contracting. These installation instructions will take into account these properties of the panels.
The first step is to prepare all the necessary tools for work. We will need: a hammer, measuring tape, a hacksaw, a drill, a screwdriver, nails and screws, a circular saw.
Installation of front panels is mandatory from left to right and from bottom to top. The installation process begins at the lowest part of the structure. Nails and screws are installed horizontally in the center of the prepared holes, which are made a little wider taking into account the compression and expansion of the material. They can not be immersed to the end: between the hat and the panel there should be a distance of 1.5 millimeters, so that movement is possible. Screw( or hammer) should be on a hard surface to a depth of at least two and in increments of 35-40 centimeters.
Important! All nails and screws must be made of stainless steel.
Installation of the guide bar and the first panel
The first stage of installation is the installation of a metal or wooden frame. The first is made of galvanized steel, and the latter must be treated with a composition against decay. Often the walls of the house are uneven, so first the starter bar is fixed at the lowest point of the construction. From each edge of the wall is left a gap of 10 centimeters, so that it was possible to fix the outer corner. To screw the screws in the slats are made holes with a step of not more than 40 centimeters.
Important! It is necessary to clearly monitor the horizontalness of the bar, since it begins the fastening of all panels.
After confirming that the starting panel is installed horizontally, it is possible to begin mounting the outer corners of two adjacent walls. Next, the J-profile is installed along the sides of doors, windows and interior corners. It is necessary to leave a gap of 0.6 millimeters between the profile and the panel( for expansion and compression).After that, the length of the wall is measured in order to trim the first sheet. Trimming is performed on the left side of the panel, after which it is inserted into the starting bar and moves to the outer corner. The installation instructions for the front panels require an even, unadjusted installation. When this position is found, it is nailed from both ends.

materials The next panel is installed and moves over the previous one. It is necessary to leave a small gap for material oscillation. In the same manner, all subsequent sheets are mounted. Note! The material must be cut carefully so as not to damage its protective layer. Otherwise, the properties of the panels will deteriorate significantly, and their useful life will decrease.
Following these instructions, you will install the front panels with your own hands as correctly and as accurately as possible. If, however, at any stage of the work flaws are committed, they will shorten the life of the lining material, and it will not fully implement its protective functions.
