instrument The device of a total station can be attributed both to a complex and to a simple technological mechanism, which not everyone can understand. It starts with the basic computing device of the device, thanks to which computational actions become possible. Special attention is required by specialized parts of the instrument that are responsible for its operation. These parts are:
- Reflectors, which perform the main work to measure the distance to a certain object;
- Milestone, serving not only as a mount for prism reflectors, but also as a special sensor, which is responsible for determining the height and the turning direction of the device;
- Battery charger and battery. Thanks to these elements, the total station performs its work without the need to connect to the power network. This element allows to carry out the measuring process in any place and in the field conditions.
Tachymeters for special purposes
In some measuring processes, a robotic tacheometer is used. This type of device works with the remote control, which makes it possible to use it in conditions that are difficult to measure. The whole process of measurement by such a device can be called automated, where the specialist only needs adjustment of the device.
Important! This measuring device is used only in professional architectural calculations, which require maximum measurement accuracy. The use of a robotic tacheometer in private construction is not required, because such measurement accuracy for the construction of a private house is not needed.
