Work experience 5 years.
For many years, welding operations have been used in the process of installation work using steel structures. However, for reliable fastening of metal parts, it is important to use high-quality electrodes. These consumables include high-performance products of the brand MR-3, in demand for both domestic and industrial use.

Specifications
The production of electrodes under the MP-3 brand is carried out in accordance with GOST 9467 and GOST 9466. This makes it possible to obtain a predictable high result during welding and minimize the possibility of defective finished products. Provides reliable connection of both structural unalloyed steels and carbon alloys.
The diameter of the used wire brand Sv-08 varies from 3 to 6 mm, which is indicated on the package. This allows you to work with metals up to 20 mm thick. Outside, the wire is covered with a rutile coating, which contains titanium dioxide in the form of a powder. The formation of a special flux medium at the point of welding of the outer coating of the electrodes ensures high strength characteristics of the finished weld and contributes to the stabilization of combustion.
Rutile coating has the following advantages:
- welding of surfaces is allowed without preliminary cleaning of rust;
- surfaces may be slightly damp during operation;
- possible splashes of metal are minimized;
- the inefficient consumption of the electrode is reduced;
- after cooling the seam, the slag is easily separated.
An additional advantage is the possibility of using MP-3 with any current. The result will be a strong and even seam. With a minimum current, it is possible to connect elements with small gaps.

It is possible to work with electrodes of this brand both with direct and alternating current, at a voltage of at least 50 V during idle mode. When applying direct current, reverse polarity is selected. A qualitative result will be with various ways of connecting structures, for example, with short tacks or in the process of working with a long arc.
During storage, manufacturers recommend not to allow the temperature in the room to drop below +150C, while the air must be dry with minimal humidity. It is desirable to avoid significant contamination of the outer surface of the coating and to minimize mechanical damage. With possible wetting, drying / calcination at 180 degrees for an hour is allowed.
