How to connect a dimmer switch and Wi-Fi for a chandelier

Hello! The lamp should not blink from the backlight. You also connect zero to the switch. Indicate the switch model. Is there an official instruction? What are the 3 wires leading to the switch? He most likely needs zero for normal operation.

If there is no zero and you have 3 wires laid to connect a conventional two-button switch (one incoming phase and two outgoing ones), then most likely this switch will not work normally.

I also recommend trying to screw in a regular incandescent lamp instead of the fluorescent one and see what happens. Perhaps the switch works according to the scheme without zero, but it does not have enough power now. Also, what happens if you connect only the chandelier to the terminal that was connected to the table lamp in the latter case?
