The wires can be connected using polyethylene terminal blocks (brass screw terminals in a polyethylene sheath) or carbolite blocks (these are screw terminals with pressure plates on a black base made of carbolite, according to the nomenclature - pads such as TV or TC), in these two cases, cables with stranded (soft) conductors, and your wire is such, clamp directly it is forbidden. The conductors are tinned and clamped, or instead of tinning, pin lugs (such as NSHVI) are used and the already tinned or crimped ends are clamped with a terminal block.
You can use other types of terminal blocks, but do not use "Vago" and the like, I think that they are not quite suitable for an electric stove.
In any case, pay attention to whether the terminal blocks that you eventually choose can withstand the current of your plate.
But terminal blocks are not the best, although not a bad solution, it is better to make this connection, for example, by crimping with sleeves, soldering or welding.
