Step-by-step installation order:

1. This system is installed under the sink by plunging into a pipe with cold water. For this purpose, the kit includes flexible hoses and a ball valve. In addition, the filtration system must be connected to the drain through the drainage coupling. Through the drain, waste water will be removed.
2. This cleaning system can be installed both vertically and horizontally. In any case, you need to leave enough space for free access to the cleaning unit. This is necessary to provide comfort when replacing worn out filter elements or for another type of maintenance.
3. If you do not have enough space under the sink, then the storage tank, which is part of the system, can be put on its side. You can also install it in a conventional kitchen cabinet. The way it is located, in fact, does not affect the efficiency of the filtration system.
4. The device is usually equipped with a tapping into the water pipe, consisting of a tee and a tap, which has an outlet on the tube. First of all, you need to block cold water. Then you need to install the sidebar. In this case, all the existing threads should be wrapped around with a conventional FUM film.
5. After this, it is possible to install a faucet on the sink using fixatives and a fixing nut. They are usually included with the tube.
6. Sometimes it happens that there are no additional holes needed to install a thin crane. If this is your case, then in addition to the drill, you need a diamond drill with a diameter of 12 mm. With the help of it necessary holes are made. The entire surface layer is removed without fail until you reach the metal base.
7. After that, in a metal base, a hole with a diameter of 8 mm should be made. The drilling process must be slow and neat. After that, the hole is drilled already of a larger size, using a 13 mm drill.
8. Then a tap is inserted into this hole and the nut is tightened. It is necessary to hold it with a wrench.
9. When installing water purification devices on the waste pipe, do not forget to place the clamp support. It can be installed on a horizontal or vertical pipe section. After that, holes are made in it with a diameter of 8 mm. A protective rubber band must be installed around it.
10. When installing the clamps it is important that the holes on the tube and on the support itself coincide. It is convenient to do this with a drill inserted into the hole. It remains to tighten the screws until they come into contact with the yokes.
11. The next step is to install the storage unit. It should be noted that the internal pressure in it, when it is not filled, is about 0.9 atm. 13. Then open the tap, after which after about a quarter of an hour purified water should begin to flow.
14. At the last stage of the device installation, it is always necessary to rinse as thoroughly as possible all the units of the system. Therefore, the first purified water should not be drunk. Give it a little leakage so that the system is washed.
15. After this, it is necessary to open the valve on the tank and close the valve. As a result, water will accumulate in the cleaning compartment. When it becomes full, the water must be drained into the sewer system through the tap. The washed filters and the tank make the system ready for use.

How to install a charcoal filter for water

1. First you need to determine where the device will be installed. It is important that the temperature in this place is within normal limits. In addition, it is desirable to be able to extend the device for cleaning water outside without having to disconnect the hoses. This will come in handy in the future, so that you can quickly and easily replace various parts of the filter.
2. Active sunlight may damage the unit. This must be taken into account when selecting the installation site. If you decide to use a special bracket for mounting the device on the wall, which is sometimes offered with the device, you should leave about 210 mm below to the floor so that you can change the cartridge without removing the filter and unscrew the flasks.
3. It is necessary to decide on the place in the kitchen where to place the tap, from which pure water will come.
4. Before installing the filter, calculate the length of the gasket for the plastic hose. Measurements are made from the point of insertion into the pipe up to the place where the filter itself is mounted. It is also necessary to measure the length from the instrument to the location where the tap is placed.
5. The maximum length of the standard hose in the kit is only 1.4-1.5 m. Therefore, unfortunately, this is not always enough for a successful installation. In the kit is usually a chrome tee. It is made for pipes 1/2 ".This should be taken into account when choosing the location for installing the main water filter.
6. The approximate pipe diameter is only 20 mm. Nevertheless, measurements must be made necessarily. Indeed, in fact, its dimensions can be greater. If this is the case, then you most likely have a 3/4 "pipe installed. To mount the tee in this case, you will need to buy a pair of adapters in advance - one with 3/4 "by 1/2", the other with 1/2 "by 3/4".
7. Please note that it is not always possible to install an adapter in the place where the pipes pass. If you have such a case, you can take a couple of hoses with a metal chrome braid. Must be short of a short length.
8. When installing a domestic water purifier, it is necessary to cut the crane into the sink or countertop. From it will come treated water. To make this work, a hole of 12 mm is made. Drill for it is selected depending on the material. A special drill you may not have. In this case, to acquire it for one hole does not make sense, but it is better to take a conventional drill for metal. If only it was sharp enough.
9. Gently mark the point where you will drill. For the drilling process to pass easier, the place where the hole will be, it is desirable to grease with oil and to avoid overheating of the drill, it should be drilled at low speed.
10. It is much more difficult to make a hole in a sink made of solid composite natural and polymer materials. To drill such a design, you need to use a winning drill( has a special tip).They need to drill similarly at low speed.
11. When the crane is finished, you need to cut the tee into a cold water pipe. It will act as a node through which still raw water from the water supply system will be fed directly to the filter. To do this, you must first cover the cold water. Then merge what remains.
12. The reinforced hose is then turned off from the water pipe. On the pipe you need to place a tee, usually going in the kit. At the same time, it is necessary to fix the thread on which it will be installed using the FSM film.
13. Then the hose must be connected to the tee, reinforced with a chrome braid. He connects the tap and the tube through which cold water is supplied. After that, a ball valve is screwed into the tee, which is similarly supplied usually in the kit. The thread here should also be sealed with a FUM film.
14. The next step is to install the filter element.(Sometimes you do not need to do this - if this part was mounted by the manufacturer).The complete set should include - the case of the device, the replaceable cartridge, the vial key and a ball valve. In addition, the kit includes white or red connecting tubes, tee, gaskets and some other details.
15. The manufacturer often inserts plugs into the filter. This is done in order to protect the system from damage during transportation. These same plugs must be removed from the device after installing the filter elements. Then the hoses are connected to the inlet and outlet of the plastic.
16. The hoses can be securely fastened with quick-release plastic fittings that are sometimes sold with the appliance.
17. Then the filter input with hoses is connected to the tee installed at the entry point. The output of the device is fixed to the tap. To do this, the hose is threaded into the nut removed from the tap using a wrench. After that, he puts on until the stop on the ball valve fitting.
18. When this is done, the unscrewed nut is placed back. It remains to insert the free end of the hose in a special clamp and install a clean water tap. The latter is done by screwing the nut onto an empty threaded tube.
