Required tools and materials:

• MDF boards for countertops and the cabinet( sidewalls, rear wall, bottom, shelves);
• tiles are mosaic;
• drill;
• electric jig saw;
• mounts( corners, screws);
• paper( old wallpaper);
• latex moisture resistant glue;
• notched trowel;
• grout for tiles.

Procedure:

1. The first thing to do is to make the cube itself without the top( table top).Create a box with fixings inside the shelves, hang the doors on the hinges or make drawers - as you prefer. In the case of drawers, problems may arise, since communications will be located inside the cabinet( hot and cold water pipes, drains).Therefore, if you do not have the necessary experience or simply do not want to "bother", do the usual shelves.
   
2. In the back of the cabinet, drill the communication holes. If pipes come from the floor, drill the bottom of the cabinet.
3. Place the cabinet on the legs. By the way, the suspended cabinet differs from the floor only in the way of fixing. The floor rests on the legs, the suspended one on the wall mounts. You can experiment and make the second option by screwing at least 2 strong corner mounts on each side of the nightstand.
4. Now you can do the table top. To make a hole under the sink in the MDF board, you need to transfer the size of the shell 1: 1 to the paper, cut it around the circumference and circle the area on the plate according to the "pattern" obtained. But often when installing a wizard, they prefer not to do unnecessary gestures, but simply turn the sink upside down, put it on the stove, loop and cut it with an electric jigsaw. Decide for yourself which option is more convenient for you. If the sink is heavy, you can make a countertop of 2 slabs.
   
5. Place the countertop on the curb and screw it with corner fittings from the inside. Fill the gap between the cooker and the sink with silicone or any other sealant. Connect the communications.
   
6. This stage is especially popular with creative people, so if you have children, you can safely get them to work! Cover the table top and the walls of the cabinet with mosaic tiles.
7. After gluing the mosaic, treat the surface with a grout. Wait for drying and enjoy the fruits of your work. This bedside table under the sink will serve you more than one year.
