Of course, it's much easier to solve these problems in the planning and construction phase. But with the current trend in the real estate market, when demand exceeds supply, no one will "bother" with high-quality noise insulation. What for, after all the buyer is ready to receive bare walls, to what then to the investor additional expenses.
In the concept of "noise insulation" you need to distinguish two important components: sound insulation and sound absorption. Very often, "professionals" who provide services in the design and implementation of noise insulation works, confuse these concepts. The term "soundproofing" can only be applied to the design, its essence in the reflection of sound energy.
The concept of "sound absorption" is applicable to the materials of the facings and its essence in the absorption of sound. Why is this all so detailed? It is the multi-layer construction that is the most optimal solution.

How to glue the noise insulation of the walls

"Floating floor" technology means the installation of a concrete screed on a separating layer. Fiberglass, fiberglass, mats made of coconut fiber, cork agglomerate, etc. are laid under the screed.
