All perforators of Interskol are assembled according to one common scheme and consist of the same blocks.

Conditionally perforators Interskol consist of three blocks:

• power supply and control unit.

The quick-action chucks of the Interskol P-600ER and P-710EP guns are practically the same and are disassembled in the same sequence.

Parts of the quick-action chuck of the perforators Interskol P600EP and P710EP are dismounted in the following sequence:

• the ring special 1 is removed;

Disassembling the tool receiver

Disassembling the barrel of the impactor

The barrel of pos. 36 is removed from the inner casing 18, after the gear housing has been separated from the stator housing.

To do this, four screws of pos. 30 must be removed from the gearbox housing.

Now the gear housing and the stator housing are easily separated using a screwdriver, which is pierced by one of them at the junction point.

The design of the impact mechanism and the order of disassembly of the perforator Interskol 710EP differs somewhat from the punchers of other models.

Perforator Interskol 710EP is a shock-rotary machine. It consists of an electric drive and an actuator. The electric motor is a collector motor. The actuator is a combination of a compression-vacuum type impactor and a rotary mechanism. The reciprocating motion is transmitted by the rolling bearing.

Stator disassembly
