Candy machines are good at washing and pleasing housewives with their small dimensions. A peculiar advantage of such a technique can be called the presence of a code error system. Frequent faults
The most common problems with which the owners of Kandi washing machines turn to repair masters are:
- The water does not drain from the machine. Most often this malfunction is caused by pump breakage or blockage in the drain system.
- The machine does not turn on at all or the machine stops at the very beginning of the washing process. There are several reasons for this problem, for example, low voltage in the network, loose closing of the door, malfunctioning with electronics or faulty filter.
- Water does not get warm during washing. Here it is necessary to search for problems with a temperature sensor, a heater, an electronic module, or in the electrochains of these assemblies.
- The laundry does not spin. The problem may be caused by clogging of the hose, engine overheating, breakage of the vehicle or excessive load of laundry.
- During operation, there are extraneous sounds, noise and knocking. The reasons are very diverse - from getting into the tank of small items and imbalance of laundry in the drum until the weights of the counterweight or bearing wear are weakened.
- During washing or after it, water starts to run out of the machine. This occurs when the pump is damaged, the hatch cuff, the filling or drain hose, and also the tank.
- Water is not poured into the drum of the machine due to a clogged filter, a malfunction of the pressure switch or for another reason.

Advice and prevention of breakdowns
- Regularly clean the machine from the outside, but do not use tools with solvents, alcohols or abrasive particles. To clean the device, use a damp cloth.
- Inspect the detergent container after each wash, removing the leftovers( this will prevent them from drying out in the container), and before each subsequent wash. If necessary, remove the container, rinse under running water and return to the place.
- At least once every 6 months, inspect and clean the drain system of the Candy machine. To clean the filter, follow the instructions that are found in the user manual.
- If the machine needs to be moved or it will not be used for a long time, all water from the machine should be drained.
