Before switching to the repair of the outlet, which falls out, be sure to turn off the power on the lead-in shield! To start disassembling the case you need only when there is no voltage in the network!
Consider the classic situation, when the outlet falls out of the concrete wall. First you need to understand why the attachment mechanism, represented by the sliding legs, does not hold the body in the hole. Make sure that there is a wall in the wall, which is just necessary so that the outlet or switch does not fall out. According to modern standards, it must be plastic, with corrugated walls, designed for hooks. The old metal cups have flat internal faces, as a result of which it is simply impossible to fix the socket properly. There are situations when such a glass is not installed at all, and the rosette falls out due to the fact that the petals are poorly unclenched in concrete. Anyway, if the casing is constantly falling out of the glass, we recommend installing a new sidetone with corrugated walls that will solve this problem.
If you see that there is a normal plastic cover in the wall, but the outlet or the light switch is loose, we recommend that you check the feet yourself. It is possible that the diameter of the mounting box is larger than the diameter of the clamp of the legs, as a result of which the casing simply can not catch on the walls of the glass and falls out of it. In this case, you can solve the problem in two ways:
- Place the rubber pads under the rubber feet to compensate for the emptiness.
- With the help of the nose pliers, slightly protrude the petals to increase the diameter of the strut. It should be understood that if the metal is soft, the situation can be corrected by deforming the petals, since they will bend back when they are apart. However, this happens extremely rarely and then because of poor quality of the product.
The banal situation due to which the product falls from the wall, is an error when installing the outlet, when the installer forgets to dilute the petals well, twisting the special cogs. If you live in a panel house and in an apartment the old electrical wiring, then often the sockets and switches do not stick well in the wall and drop out because they are installed in the through hole of the partition without the jar. You can clearly see this situation on the photo:
In this case, you first need to install the junket, trim it, if necessary( sometimes there are problems with the thickness and you have to shorten the glass from the bottom) and then reinstall the outlet or switch in theconcrete wall.
Another situation is connected with the gypsum plasterboard wall. If the outlet has escaped from the plasterboard together with a piece of gypsum, you will not be able to fix the body according to the instructions given above. This is due to the fact that the principle of fastening the podrozetnik in concrete and plasterboard is different. In the latter case, the plastic cup is fastened to the GCR sheet by means of the clamping legs, which can be seen in the picture below:
To ensure that the socket does not drop out any more, it is recommended to glue a piece of gypsum cardboard in place using alabaster or gypsum plaster. When the solution cools, you need to cut a small strip of GKL sheet, put it under the damaged area and scroll with screws. This option of strengthening the wall will save the situation.
An alternative is to cram a newspaper around the hole inside the void and fill it with a thick plaster filler. Do not forget to put the wires in the jar before that. The installation box must be pressed into the solution to make it flush with the wall( do not stick out), then remove the excess solution and wait for the gypsum to solidify.

The main reason that the socket has loosened and falls out of the wall is the improper operation of the product. We have already said more than once that pulling the connected cord is strictly forbidden, becausebecause of this, you can tear the case from the socket. No matter how they say, this is the most common cause of the malfunction. In the rest - do not forget at least occasionally to do a revision of the wiring, checking the reliability of the sockets and switches, as well as the quality of connecting the wires to the terminals.
