Why is a crate for profiled sheeting?

Profiled sheeting is a material that reliably protects the roof not only from the effects of precipitation, but also from fungus, bacteria and, as a result, from destruction. In fact, the crate is a special design, made taking into account the parameters of the roof, the material for the production of which serve as different bars, metal elements.

Such a distance will allow to assemble the structure in a qualitative way and to prevent all unpleasant surprises. Vertical parts should be stacked at a distance of not more than 250 millimeters. Such a dense mesh will make the construction incredibly durable. Purchasing material is necessary depending on the parameters of the roof, taking into account the recommended distance from one bar to another.

So, if the roof slope parameters are 3x1.5 m, and the pitch between the horizontal bars is chosen 0.3 m, and the vertical distance is 0.25 m, then 5 bars of 3 m length and 12 bars of length of 1.5 m are required. If the solidmaterials with such parameters are not present, it is possible to fill in within one length several bars, in the sum giving the necessary length. Therefore, when traveling for materials, calculate the total length of boards or beams.

Long self-tapping screws help to secure the boards and create the right structure. By installing boards in a staggered order, keeping distance, in the end, you get a dense grid, on which the roofing elements are installed.
