The form is mounted on the vibrating table.
For panels made of steel low-carbon wire, a grid is made in the form of a grid with cells of about 10 by 10 cm. The armature is used for the production of poles.
One concrete part of cement, two parts of sand, three parts of rubble, water are poured into the concrete mixer. The plasticizer promotes a fast set of strength, about 0.5% of the weight of all the ingredients is added. To increase water resistance and frost resistance of concrete sections, a hydrophobic agent can be added.

When preparing a column, two prepared pieces of reinforcement are installed opposite each other and filled with concrete. After ten seconds, the form is removed from the vibrating table, tipped to the pallet and removed.
For the production of eurosection sections with the vibrator switched on, the mixture is loaded to half the volume of the mold. Then the prepared wire frame is laid and the container is filled to the brim. Remove excess mix with a spatula. The form is turned over to the shield and removed.
The products are wetted with water and aged at normal temperature for two days. When steaming after seven hours, fragments of the eurofish can be sent to the warehouse.
The decking of slabs and poles must be carried out immediately after pouring and sealing. In this case, using one form per day, you can make several panels.
Installation of Euroself with your own hands
The installation of the Euroset by yourself is carried out in several stages:
- After the marking of the site, excavations for pillars are excavated.
- A concrete mortar is being prepared.
- Columns are installed, poured with concrete and fixed.
- After the solution has hardened, the panels are attached to the guide grooves of the posts.
Special equipment is not required for fencing installation.
