1. For this door, a 15 to 20 cm board, moisture-resistant chipboard or 10 cm plywood is suitable. You need a heater. Foam polystyrene, basalt slab, mineral wool, sintepon, batting or any other suitable material will do.
2. Two identical door frames are built from a bar of 3X3 cm cross section. The corners of the carcasses are fixed in a studded way, and two to three stiffeners are installed along the plane.
3. The final dimensions of the frames of plywood or moisture-resistant chipboard are cut three sheets. It is allowed to produce an intermediate intermediate web from composite material scraps. Face outer and inner sheets are made from a continuous cloth.
4. Frame frames and door leaves for a two-chamber door should be impregnated with antiseptic for wood, opened with natural linseed oil( can be hot for better soaking) and painted with oil paint on both sides.
