They are assembled in different ways, depending on the manufacturer of the LED lamp. Some parts may differ in size, appearance, denomination, location on the board. But all the basic elements are the same: rectifier bridge - limiting( current) resistors and capacitors - the actual lamp( block).

The correct LEDs will be lit when they are applied to their feet. If there are many out-of-order n / a devices, it is advisable to replace them with analogs from a piece of LED tape. Only solder them directly to the tracks, that is, from the back side of the board. And it, respectively, turn over before assembling the lamp.
