The utility room is very convenient when things are laid out on shelves and lairs installed under them, but at the entrance to the apartment you most often see only the bare walls. Of course, you can, especially not trying, to screw the corners to the wall with ordinary boards, only fitting them to the correct size, and a rather spacious rack will come out, but whether such a design is reliable, there is no certainty.
Therefore, let's think about how to make shelves in the pantry and beautiful, and durable. For work, we need plank edged boards, decorative laminated plank, plywood, carpentry glue, goniometer, special plane - selector( or electric hook), screws and finishing nails, as well as fittings for boxes.
Among other things for shelves we need brackets, and necessarily metal, plastic will sooner or later let you down. Having determined exactly how the racks will be installed - the letter P, the letter G or just along one of the walls( all depends on the size of the room and its shape), go to the markup. The distance between grocery shelves is completely different than what is needed for folded things.
If you are going to put bottles with marinades and compotes on the shelves, you will need a solid board, about 30 millimeters thick, while for things there is enough centimeter. The height of the lower product tiers should be larger than the top ones( downward, it is usually put the most bulky and heavy), for things all compartments can be the same .
We proceed to the formation of the
racks. Let's assume that the repair has already been done and the walls are leveled( at the moment, our priority is to equip the pantry, not finish).Using the level and meter, we make marks, where the brackets will be fastened, on the assumption that the racks will be universal, equally suitable for products and things. Shelf height - 40 centimeters, this is enough for cylinders, and for piles of laundry.
First attach the brackets to the wall opposite the door, at a rate of 50-60 centimeters between the supports. We lay the boards with a gap near the wall about 1 centimeter and fix them with screws or bolts, lavishing a little hole in the upper part, in order to drown the fasteners. Lateral shelves are also attached to the brackets and only the edge that adjoins the front rack is mounted to the previously installed shelves from below with metal plates with screw holes.
The lower 3 shelves of the front section are not made for the entire length of the wall, but we divide this section by vertically placed sheets of plywood, fixed with corners to the bottom continuous layer and to the floor, to 2 or 3 parts. Split in two if the height of the pantry is small, then from one side to the plywood, and the other end to the bracket we fix the shelves, leaving the second part for the boxes. Three compartments, one of which is about 40 centimeters wide, and the other two are the same, are made if the upper shelves are at a high altitude, then we leave a narrow compartment for a small ladders.

Make a box for clothes is not difficult, you only need to take accurate measurements, so that there is enough room to install the guides on the outer sidewalls. But this will be at the final stage, and first we measure the required length of the boards, we saw and we take the plane-selector, with which we make internal folds on the ends of the front, back and side walls of our future design.
The bigger the drawer, the thicker its walls and the bottom, and the more powerful it is to take the hardware.
The depth of the folds should correspond to half the thickness of the board, as well as the width of the shelf. Now we lubricate the cutouts of the sidewalls with glue and apply them to them, fixing with the finishing nails, first the front and then the rear wall, so that their ends lie on the glued seams. With the help of a gon, we verify the shape of the box so that all angles correspond to 90 degrees of .When the composition is solidified, carefully sand the seams with a sandpaper.
Now we glue the lower edges of the resulting frame with glue, apply a piece of plywood pre-cut to size with a verified shape and nail it with finishing nails. It remains only to fasten the front decorative panel, for which in the front wall we drill 4 holes for the screws. In the front panel we drill holes for the handle. We collect everything( try to make the screws from inside do not go through the decorative cover), and the box is ready. It remains only to install the hardware on its side walls and fix the guides inside the compartment.
